Credit score?

lavinnar asked:

So the other day I asked about pre qualification, so now I need to know what are the chances of getting a loan with a 593 credit score? Be Nice PLEASE
That is my husbands score, we jumped into credit cards young cause we were anxious to get out on our own and rent so it went downhill from there so it’s all slowpays. Our income is about $2,000 a month and we pay everything we have now on time, but with three little girls and a two bedroom houuse we are outgrowing it quick, and renting a bigger place would be about $100 to $200 more thn we rae paying now, so if we are gonna have to pay that much we figure we might as well buy.

How much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ do you have to put down. And how much per hour do you earn, and why is the score so Low. New to credit or slow paying

I might be able to get you a loan. My group works with both traditional banks and private investors. We lend to individuals and businesses.

Although 593 is not 720, it is workable. We may be able to help you improve your score as well.

Contact me if you want to connect.

    FYI

Here is the National Credit Scoring Matrix used by Financial Serivices Companies today:

    750-860 EXCELLENT

    660-749 GOOD

    620-659 FAIR

    400-619 POOR

A lender will always ACCEPT you application for CREDIT.
They must NOT turn your application down since their are laws in place THE FAIR CREDIT ACT

Banks, Credit Unions, Finance Companies, Auto Dealers all use different criteria when evaluating your Credit Application.

The Credit Score is based on your REPAYMENT HISTORY and your Credit Report shows your personal payment history over time.

TIP: Establish a monthly BUDGET for your INCOME and EXPENSES! Today and use credit wisely for major purchases preferred.

    GOOD LUCK! :-)

You should be able to get a loan. You’ll just have a higher interest rate.
Don’t just jump in because someone is willing to give you a loan. Try for the lowest interest rate.
When you get the loan. Make ALL payments on time! That will bring your score up in no time. Good Luck!

I think you have the right thought. My wife and I went through the same thing with us, our two kids and my Mother-In-Law all in a 900 foot house. (after moving out i nicknamed my in-laws the ‘winds of war’) Turned out, we didn’t pay much more for a place with two more bedrooms
But get that score up a bit before applying – you don’t want to just get financed. The idea is to get financed at a good rate. So take a look at your tri-merge credit report. If you have credit cards above 40% of your limit, get them below. If you have paid collections or tax liens or discharged bankrupcies, dispute them. In fact, dispute late payments and everything else. You need to get to about 620 on your mid score to get a decent rate.
    Good Luck!

If you have a down payment, the chances are great; otherwise, I recommend you get into credit restoration for about $125.
